Wispboard
FEATURES

From rough ink to an organized shared canvas.

Wispboard combines low-friction drawing with the controls needed to turn a sketch into something that can be edited, shared, and exported.

Natural drawing

Use ballpoint, fountain, felt-tip, pencil, or highlighter styles. Optional smoothing reduces hand jitter while preserving the character of the stroke.

Ink recognition

Hold briefly at the end of a stroke to tidy it into a straight line, rectangle, square, circle, or triangle. Lines can snap near horizontal and vertical axes.

Editable objects

Move, resize, rotate, restyle, change opacity, reorder layers, or rate objects. Multi-selection provides one transform frame for a whole group.

Images and backgrounds

Paste or drag images at the pointer position, resize them with aspect-ratio control, lock them, or set an image as a protected board background.

Frames and organization

Named frames collect fully contained objects so a section can move and resize together. Saved boards can be arranged into draggable folders with gallery and list views.

Live collaboration

Invite account holders or view-only guests, share cursors, choose who may edit, revoke a permanent invite, and manage participants from the board.

Portable exports

Export the complete board as one PNG at a selected PPI or download an editable Wispboard JSON file. Export dimensions do not depend on the viewer's current zoom.

Private by default

A saved board is not public merely because it exists. Access is granted through an owner-controlled invitation, while private and invited boards remain excluded from search indexing.
